stress? what can you say about stress?
when you have so many things to do in so little time, you tend to feel tensed ...
why? because of procrastination. so why procrastinate?
we humans tend to have the attitude of 'if it's not due tomorrow, i still have time to do it the next day '..
but when the time comes, you panic and produce a low quality assignment..
I have seen most of my friends who experience stress. however, some of them work best in stress situations some don't. I don't think I am someone who works well in stressful situations, in fact I hate procrastinating.
I feel pressured if my work is due tomorrow and I am working on it today.
I just wonder, how people can handle stress so well? or how do people live with stress?
personally, i refuse to acknowledge myself as a stressful person because I don't show any symptoms of stress or I generally don't have stress. I could be oblivious to the fact or my mind is just telling me not to register any stress related symptoms. anyway, I really hope my close friends don't feel really stressed out as exams are around the corner.. because when they are stressed, they tend to worry me.

ReplyDeleteHellow there! I never realised you had a blog until today. Anyway, here are my thoughts. Having and facing Stress is normal especially if you are a student, not sucumbing to it is perhaps best but if you do, which is very perfectly normal, then it's best to accept it and then do something to let you cool down and relax and put back that smile on your face and that voice in your head that gives you the assurance of how everything will be ok again. And everthing will be okay. *hugs*
