phew....
every week we have quizzes on chemistry! which is really stressful, but in a way its good as we're trained to be consistent. however, i don't see how that is assisting me in my performance. .. !! *grins*

competition is tough! especially when you're competing with Asians. they're really hardworking & smart.
well, at the end of the day, its the matter of who gets a balanced life. life is not all about studying, getting the highest, COMPARING your marks with others, being ' kiasu' or SELFISH or wanting to score a 100%.
its about doing your level best! and achieving your own personal standards. You may not be the best in the class, don't act like one! DUH! Be who you are. live up to that.

Improvement. yes!! i agree, there's always a room for improvement.
I believe in a balanced life. go out, socialize, meet new people, take opportunity to participate in happening events. !
don't just sit in your room , study 24/7, surf the web.. GET A LIFE!
and the beauty about being in another country is you get to broaden your perspective of life by communicating with people all over the globe, socializing and interacting.
However, one should never forget their roots, its important to build a close rap-our with your country-mates but that doesn't restrict you from mixing around with others right?
pfffft! i'm getting to my point here.!
it happened a few weeks ago. what really pissed me off is when your friends love comparison! its just their intrinsic habit to do so. even for homework assignments, you would wanna compare? wow! amazing! and the best part of it, you don't mind doing so. your actions which may seem okay to you, seem 'kiasu' to others. ..
but you don't realize it right?
coz its just your nature! whatever your nature is, i respect it!! just don't label others as ' kiasu' or whatever. ...
I am not someone who studies around the clock, I am someone who has a balance life!!
Get that right. please:)
thanks!
